Touring TO

Today we visited the CN tower.

Looking through the glass floor.

On the main deck.

On the even higher deck called the sky pod.

We also watched a really cool 3D movie on surfing and rode on a simulator where we got to feel the wind and water as we took a super tree on a journey from see to harvest. The kids all said that the ride was their favourite part. (not mine)

Santa Claus Parade

For those of you that hadn't heard...I won a trip for 4 to Toronto and 2 spots for children aged 8-10 to ride on the Looney Toons float in the Santa Claus Parade.

It was a super long day but a great experience for all. We had to take a taxi from our hotel to the start of the parade and then we had to take a taxi to the end of the parade to pick the boys up. We dropped them off at 10 and they didn't reach us at the end of the parade until 3:30.

We enjoyed lots of treats, hot chocolate and reindeer noses before the parade reached us.

Finally here it comes...

Here comes the boys.

Our stuff is here...our stuff is here.

I never thought this day would come. Yesterday we got possession and today the moving truck came with all of our stuff from Calgary.

Seriously way too much stuff.

My favourite helpers.
