Live-Dream-Create: August 2011

Moving right along...

And we are off to start our new life in Beaumont. We have one love seat, 5 laundry baskets of clothes, a kitchen table, IKEA dishes, backpacks and school supplies, 3 bikes, 3 bags of hockey equipment, 5 mattresses, 3 boxes of shoes, camping chairs, 2 wardrobes of jackets, lots of stuffies, laptops/computer and a few other random kitchen gadgets I think we might need.

And just like every move nothing ever goes as planned. Greg booked the Uhaul awhile ago but they emailed us last night that our pick up location was in Didsbury...1 hour north of Calgary. No big deal he heads out early to pick it up and it needs a different ball hitch than the one we have. Okay no problem drive around town to try and find a new ball and then pay a mechanic to try and pry off our rusty one that is currently on the truck. Go back to pick up the trailer to find that it has different wiring...so back driving around to find the correct wiring. Whew!!! 4 hours later we finally can start packing the Uhaul.
