I found a good bargain today while I was at the mall to get my Clinique bonus. After Sears, Hudson and I stopped by Claire's to check out the 10 for $10 sale...I got these stuffies for $1 each/regular $11.50 each. I think they will make perfect loot bags for Chloe's next Bday party. Now I just need to remember that I bought them and where I put them come August.
Grrr...so the only picture I got from mom and dad's visit this weekend was of dad and Greg putting together the new BBQ. The kids love it when G&G come to visit and they can hardly wait until Grandma comes back again next month.
Chloe's favorite colour is orange these days...everything she colours is orange...I may need to invest in a new orange marker as it is the only one she uses.
Me and my little helper made banana oatmeal and blueberry muffins today...she kept singing "this is my best day ever" while insisting on doing everything.
Our first BUNKO night. I almost forgot to get a pictures....I wish I would have remembered before Corrina left. We have an amazing group and I am excited to spend more time together over the next 13 months.
Today was pretty much like any other day...took care of a sick baby, drove kids to school, made meals, cleaned up after meals, took Logan to hockey, took Chloe to pick up snacks for her snack day tomorrow...and she helped me pick out a B-day cake.
We received our loaves of homemade bread that Greg bought in the online auction through the school...Dylan had 3 huge slices toasted for supper...some with cheese whiz and some with peanut butter and jam. It was so cute...he just sat and ate and enjoyed.
Logan had his first game of Spring hockey tonight....it was a rough one...I think they lost 11-1...and this is the only team they will be playing all season. Coach Greg was a little stressed after the game and had to rewrite his practice plan for next week. (Logan is the #3 in red)
We got the kids new swim suits for Easter. Of course they have been asking to go swimming every day since so tonight we all went to Southland Leisure Centre and went swimming and went for Dairy Queen sundaes after.
I love spring break...late night movies, sleeping in...pancakes, strawberries and whip cream...it is all good. But I am a little scared of how our first day back for school will go in one weeks time. YIKES!!!
Finally...remember the bathroom project that was started 10 months ago??? We had some progress done today. Now we just need to bribe our buddy Trent to come by and help tile.
