Go Canada! We have been glued to the TV these past few nights watching the Olympics...last night was a tear jerker and it was so amazing to see Joannie Rochette win the bronze.

This little gem is one of my favourite Christmas gifts ever. It is the Inukshuk structure that provides the basis for the logo of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. I love it! I love it even more because my Grandpa made it! My family helped him make the little tags and he even signed them.

Today Chloe likes Hudson...I should say this hour Chloe likes Hudson. Most days they act like siblings and Chloe does not like him touching her stuff and everything he does annoys her so it was nice to see them having so much fun together.

I can't get the tune of Hot Cross Buns out of my head...I think Logan practiced for over an hour after school. He got 8/10 on his test and wants to go in tomorrow to see if he can do better.

The little ones ate their afternoon snacks outside today. They tried to sneak in and change their clothes before I noticed they were all covered in mud. I let them sneak by and then listen to them as they put their dirty clothes in the laundry and told me they decided they wanted to get their jammies on...Chloe kept telling Dylan "shhhh, or mom will hear us"

And if my skin wasn't driving me crazy enough...I started a cleanse today....all in the name of getting healthier...RIGHT? Day 1 - so far so good. We will see how far I can make it...the goal is 10 days max and 3 days minimum...just fruit all day long and a vegi salad for lunch.

Donna and I spend the weekend in Edmonton for the Memories Wholesale event. We got to take classes from Ranger, Tattered Angels, Clear Snap, BoBunny, American Crafts, 7 Gypsies, Bazzil and Fancy Pants. It was so much fun and we learned so much.

My new skin care to prep me for my 360 makeover...I have to say it is driving me CRAZY!!! My face is red, itchy, pealing and I look like crap. I am trusting that it will be all good by March 20th for the big reveal.

I made Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies today...this is the family favourite courtesy of www.allrecipies.com:

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Chloe is in love with these PJs of mine. Every time I wear them she asks if I will save them for her for when she is bigger. She couldn't wait!

We also did some cleaning...I am so behind in everything due to volunteering at school and my 360 make-over challenge. It was good to get a few things cleaned today between Hudson's naps.

The kids don't have school tomorrow so they are all having a little sleepover in Logi's room. I sure hope I don't have 3 grouchers tomorrow from staying up too late.

Chloe went to Spark's bring a friend night with Taylor. They made a Valentine craft and sang songs. She loved it!

I have been busy taking photos and uploading items for the schools online auction. While I was at school I stopped by Logi's Grade 3 class to take some photos for the memory books. I took photos of all the kids with their teacher, Mrs. Davis.

It was the player vs. family game today for Logan's hockey team. Greg, Dylan and the teams other family members played against Logan's team. Everyone had a great time...lots of laughs.
