Fish Anyone?

Logan has been asking to get his own fish for some time. After Christmas he asked if he could spend his Christmas money on fish...so if he gets fish EVERYONE wants fish. They must have caught me in a moment of weakness...because we came home with 3 fish tanks and 12 fish. Chloe picked 4 little minos (but some how we came home with 6 which went down to 5 and now 4). I have no idea if they are dead or just hiding as there are no corpses so far. Dylan and Logan each got a fighting fish and 2 minos. The lady at the pet store didn't know if they fighting fish would "fight" the minos but the boys were willing to take that risk. So far they still each have 2 minos although 1 seems to be missing part of his fin. I haven't seen Dylan's fighting fish for a few days so I am not sure if it is hiding in his rock castle or if something that no one wants to tell me has happened....once again no corpse. Wish us luck!

UPDATE: Further searching for the missing fighting fish found him behind Dylan's dresser. I didn't know these guys would jump out of the tank...especially since he didn't have that big of an opening to jump out of. Chloe and I stopped by the pet store on our way home from shopping and picked him up a replacement. I asked the guy at the pet store if it was common for them to jump out...he said it wasn't and also mentioned that if we would have noticed sooner he may have survived as they can live up to 1 day out of water. Good to know!
